Alpha Metallurgial resources employee benefits guide

Alpha Metallurgical Resources is a Tennessee-based mining company with operations across Virginia and West Virginia. Alpha reliably supplies metallurgical products globally to the steel industry.

Oak was asked to create an employee benefits guide design that could act as a template for five separate categories of employees. The overall design, masthead, spreads, iconography, and color palette were chosen from several concepts created by Oak Creative. We also produced the salaried employees guide booklet for them.
