Alpha Metallurgical Resources is a Tennessee-based mining company with operations across Virginia and West Virginia. Alpha reliably supplies metallurgical products globally to the steel industry.

With over 4,000 employees and more than 20 facility locations, Alpha needed a resource to communicate with their team members accurately and regularly. Alpha leadership determined an internal newsletter would be the right solution. The overall design, masthead, spreads, iconography, and color palette were chosen from several concepts created by Oak Creative. We also produced the inaugural issue for them.
