1.  Purpose and Scope

This Cookie Notice applies to the public websites operated by Kikoda, LLC under the Kikoda brand at kikoda.com, the Loch Analytics brand at lochanalytics.com, and the Oak Creative brand at oakcreative.studio (collectively, the “Sites”).

In this Notice, “Kikoda,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Kikoda, LLC. This Notice explains the cookies and similar technologies used on the Sites, the purposes they serve, the current providers involved, and the choices available to you. The technologies present on a particular Site may differ.

2.  Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on a browser or device. Similar technologies include pixels, tags, scripts, local storage, and technologies that use an IP address or browser information to recognize a device, session, or business network. A transmission to a third party may occur even when no cookie is stored.

3.  Our Categories

We group website technologies into the following categories:

Necessary – Always Active

These technologies operate and secure the Sites, transmit forms, remember privacy choices, and provide features you request. They cannot be switched off through the preference center.

Analytics – Optional

These technologies measure visits and interactions so we can understand Site performance and improve content. They remain off unless you enable this category.

Marketing and Business Visitor Identification – Optional

These technologies measure campaigns, support advertising, and identify the organization associated with a visit from a business network. They remain off unless you enable this category.

4.  Current Providers

The providers below support the stated categories. A provider may not operate on every page or Site. We will update this Notice and the Sites’ consent configuration if a provider or its use changes.

Google Analytics – Analytics

After Analytics permission, Google Analytics helps us understand visitor counts, sessions, approximate location, browser and device information, and interactions with Site content.

LinkedIn Insight Tag – Marketing and Business Visitor Identification

After Marketing and Business Visitor Identification permission, the LinkedIn Insight Tag may receive the page URL, referrer, IP address, browser and device characteristics, and time of the visit. LinkedIn uses this information for campaign measurement, audience insights, and retargeting. The reports LinkedIn provides to us are aggregated and do not identify individual LinkedIn members.

Provider information: LinkedIn Privacy Policy | LinkedIn Insight Tag information | LinkedIn advertising settings

LeadInfo – Marketing and Business Visitor Identification

After Marketing and Business Visitor Identification permission, LeadInfo may operate on any of the three Sites to identify the organization associated with a visit. LeadInfo processes network, browser, and device information and matches a visit to business information. Kikoda uses the resulting company-level visit activity for audience analysis, campaign measurement, and business development. We do not use LeadInfo to identify a specific employee or connect a known contact or form submission to browsing activity. Depending on configuration, LeadInfo may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies; some processing may occur without placing a cookie.

Provider information and opt-out: LeadInfo Privacy Policy | LeadInfo opt-out

Google reCAPTCHA – Necessary on Forms

Google reCAPTCHA may be used only on pages containing a form that needs protection from spam, abuse, or fraudulent activity. It may collect device, browser, interaction, and network information needed to assess risk. Because it supports the security of a user-requested form, it is treated as Necessary on those pages and is not intended to load site-wide.

CookieYes – Necessary

CookieYes provides the consent banner and preference center on the Site. When a page loads, your browser retrieves the banner from CookieYes’s servers, which may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and the page being viewed. CookieYes also records that the banner was displayed, using a random session identifier. When you make or change a choice, CookieYes records your selections, a consent identifier, a partially masked IP address, your country, and the time of the choice, so that we can keep a record of your consent. Your choice is stored in a cookie on your browser for up to one year. Because it records and applies your privacy choices, CookieYes is treated as Necessary.

Provider information: CookieYes Privacy Policy

Google Fonts – Necessary

The Site uses Google Fonts to display text in its intended typeface. When a page loads, your browser requests font files from Google’s servers, which may receive your IP address, browser and device information, and the page being viewed. Google Fonts does not place cookies. Because it supports how the Site displays, it loads on every page and is treated as Necessary.

5.  Embedded Content and Third-Party Features

The Sites may include third-party content or features, such as video, audio, maps, portfolio viewers, or social-media content. Those providers may receive device, network, and interaction information. When an embedded feature is nonessential and requires permission, it will be withheld until the corresponding category is enabled. If you activate or follow a third-party feature, that provider’s own terms and privacy notice apply.

6.  Your Choices

When our consent banner is presented, you may choose:

Necessary technologies remain active because they support operation, security, requested forms, and the recording of your privacy choice. You may revisit or withdraw an optional choice at any time through the persistent Cookie Settings link in the footer of each Site. A withdrawal applies going forward and does not undo processing that occurred while a category was enabled.

You may also use browser settings to delete or block cookies. Browser settings may not block scripts, pixels, IP-based technologies, or other non-cookie transmissions, so Cookie Settings is the primary control for the optional tools described here.

7.  Browser Privacy Signals

Some browsers and extensions transmit Global Privacy Control or other opt-out preference signals. We recognize such signals when required by applicable law. Because there is no uniform industry standard for Do Not Track signals, the Sites otherwise respond through the controls described in this Notice.

8.  Changes to This Notice

We may update this Notice as our technologies or practices change. We will revise the effective date when we update the Notice and provide additional notice or obtain new permission when required by law.
