Effective Date: 10/6/2026
1. Scope
This Website Privacy Policy applies to the public websites operated by Kikoda, LLC under the Kikoda brand at kikoda.com, the Loch Analytics brand at lochanalytics.com, and the Oak Creative brand at oakcreative.studio (collectively, the “Sites”).
In this Policy, “Kikoda,” “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Kikoda, LLC. This Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit or interact with the Sites.
This Policy does not govern a customer portal, hosted application, software product, or client service that is covered by separate privacy documentation.
2. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
Depending on how you use the Sites, you may provide:
- Contact and business information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, company, job title, and professional profile links;
- The contents of inquiries, project requests, messages, files, and other materials you choose to submit;
- Marketing preferences, including whether you ask to receive communications from us;
- Employment-application information described in Section 8; and
- Contest or promotion information described in Section 9.
Please do not send sensitive personal information through a general website form unless we specifically request it and explain why it is needed.
Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Sites, our web servers and permitted technologies may collect information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links selected, approximate location derived from IP address, and dates and times of visits. Essential logs may be used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Sites. Our Cookie Notice explains the optional technologies we use and the choices available to you.
Business Visitor Identification
With Marketing and Business Visitor Identification permission, we may use technology that identifies the organization or company associated with a visit. We use company-level visit information for audience analysis, campaign measurement, and business development. We do not use this technology to identify a specific employee or connect a known contact or form submission to browsing activity. Our Cookie Notice identifies current providers and explains the applicable controls.
3. How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites;
- Respond to questions, project inquiries, and requests;
- Evaluate potential business relationships and provide requested information;
- Measure Site performance and understand audience engagement, when permitted;
- Support advertising, campaign measurement, and company-level business development, when permitted;
- Send marketing communications when authorized and honor opt-out requests;
- Evaluate employment applications and administer contests or promotions;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our terms; and
- Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and property.
4. How We Disclose Information
We may disclose personal information to:
- Service providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the Sites; process forms and communications; provide recruitment support; or perform other services for us;
- Analytics, advertising, and business visitor-identification providers, only when the relevant permission has been provided;
- Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, and other parties that help us manage legal and business matters;
- Government authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, investigate misconduct, or enforce agreements; and
- A buyer, successor, lender, or adviser in connection with a proposed or completed merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar business transaction.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some laws may treat disclosures involving advertising technologies as a “sale,” “sharing,” or use for targeted advertising even when no money changes hands. Where applicable, you may opt out through Cookie Settings or by contacting us. We will also recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when required by applicable law.
5. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The Sites use cookies and similar technologies. Our Cookie Notice describes the current categories, purposes, providers, and privacy choices. You may use the Cookie Settings link on each Site to manage optional technologies.
6. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of marketing email by using the unsubscribe link in the message or contacting us. We may still send non-marketing communications that are necessary to respond to you or manage an existing relationship. A contest entry or employment application will not, by itself, enroll you in marketing communications.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, manage business and recruitment records, administer promotions, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the reason it was collected, and applicable requirements. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to lawful backup and recordkeeping practices.
8. Employment Applications
If you apply for work with Kikoda, we may collect contact information, telephone number, resume, cover letter, employment and education history, skills, professional profiles or websites, references, and other information you submit. We use it to evaluate qualifications, communicate with you, conduct lawful screening, manage recruiting, and protect our legal rights. We may consider an application for the position identified and, when reasonably appropriate, future openings. We do not use applicant information for marketing unless you separately opt in. We may disclose it to personnel involved in hiring, recruitment providers, technology providers, professional advisers, and authorities where legally required.
9. Contests and Promotions
If we offer a contest, giveaway, or other promotion, we may collect contact details, eligibility information, entries or submitted materials, and information needed to deliver a prize. We use that information to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, prevent fraud, select and contact winners, deliver prizes, and comply with law. Any promotion may have separate official rules; those rules will describe material terms and any authorized publication of winner information. Entering a promotion does not enroll you in marketing unless you separately opt in.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when sending information online.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You may use Cookie Settings to manage optional technologies and the unsubscribe link in marketing email to stop those messages. Depending on where you live and which law applies to Kikoda, you may also have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information; to opt out of certain disclosures or targeted advertising; or to appeal a decision about a request. These rights are subject to legal limits and verification requirements.
To submit a privacy request, email info@kikoda.com. Please describe your request and the Site or interaction involved. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authority and direct verification. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Some browsers transmit Do Not Track signals, but there is no uniform standard for responding to them. The Sites use the choices described here and recognize legally required opt-out preference signals.
12. Third-Party Sites, Embedded Services, and Social Media
The Sites may link to or display content from third parties, including social-media platforms. Those parties control their own services and privacy practices. Review their notices before providing information or enabling an embedded feature. This Policy does not govern third-party websites, platforms, or services that we do not control.
13. Age Limitation
The Sites are intended only for adults age 18 or older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from people under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has submitted personal information through a Site, contact us so we can review it and, where appropriate, delete it.
14. International Visitors
Kikoda is based in Florida, United States. If you visit from another country, personal information may be processed in the United States and in other locations where our service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, or legal obligations. We will post the updated version on the Sites and revise the effective date. We will provide additional notice when required by law.
