Branding & Website
The SLA Idaho had been operating under an outdated website and branding launched in the early 2000’s. The SLA Idaho branding no longer portrayed who they are – modern, secure, and accessible to the people of Idaho. The goal? Oak Creative was tasked with creating consistent branding and a website design that spotlights SLA Idaho’s love for their state and one that highlights modernity and trust. Beyond aesthetics, SLA Idaho needed a website that was more user-friendly with revamped content.
Maintenance
The SLA Idaho found difficulties in managing regular and timely website content updates. To combat this issue and ensure these updates do not fall on the clients’ shoulders, Oak Creative has managed all website updates since the launch of the new website. This includes any content changes/updates, and postings of announcements and bulletins.
Email Services
Prior to Oak Creative’s engagement with SLA Idaho, the client had been struggling to send mass emails to their list of brokers and brokerages. These scheduled emails regularly included important information to a large audience. Unfortunately, the client needed to spend a considerable amount of time setting up the emails. Sending them would often be met with a high delivery failure rate.
This challenge resulted in Oak Creative constructing Bulletin and Announcement email templates for SLA Idaho and managing the contact list, set-up, and launch of email campaigns. This has significantly decreased the number of failed email deliveries, provided timely deliveries of announcements/bulletins, and further introduces SLA Idaho’s new branding to their intended audience.
